About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Automobrix website or buy from us. Our contact email is hello@automobrix.com. Please read these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Placing an order

Please provide accurate contact, payment and delivery details and check your order before paying. You must be legally able to enter into the purchase, or have the appropriate permission from a parent or guardian.

Your order is an offer to purchase. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of that offer; we accept the order when we send confirmation that the goods have been dispatched. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because stock is unavailable or payment cannot be authorised, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for goods we cannot supply.

If we discover a material price or description error, we will explain it and give you the option to proceed on the corrected basis or cancel for a refund. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

Products and safe use

The product page describes the model, included items and any relevant specifications or pre-order status. Screen settings can affect how colours appear, but goods must still match their description. Follow the age guidance, warnings and assembly instructions supplied with each product. Building sets may contain small parts that present a choking hazard; keep them away from young children where the product warnings require this.

Images showing styling or display accessories do not mean those accessories are included unless the product description says so.

Prices, payment and promotions

The displayed currency and checkout total apply to your order. Applicable delivery charges and taxes collected by us are shown before you pay. International import charges not collected at checkout may be payable separately, as explained in our Shipping Policy.

Eligible promotions and discounts are reflected in the cart or checkout and are subject to the offer’s stated conditions. Please review the final total before payment. If an eligible discount appears to be missing, contact us for help.

Payments are processed through the payment services available at checkout. We do not ask you to send complete payment-card details by email.

Delivery and pre-orders

Standard dispatch and delivery estimates are in our Shipping Policy. Pre-order dispatch estimates are displayed on the relevant pre-order page. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. We will keep you informed of material delays, and your statutory rights relating to late delivery remain unaffected.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy explains the cancellation period, how to return goods, who pays return postage and when refunds are issued. Nothing in these terms removes your rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or undelivered goods.

Using our website

You may use the website for lawful shopping and information purposes. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software or use it fraudulently. Website content, branding and imagery belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce them commercially without the relevant permission, except where the law allows it.

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but occasional maintenance or technical interruptions may occur. This does not affect our obligations for orders we have accepted.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.

Personal information

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and shared, including through Shopify, which powers our store.

Changes and resolving concerns

We may update these terms for future use of the website and future orders. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights under an order already accepted. If you have a concern, please contact us so we can try to resolve it.

These terms are subject to applicable UK law and do not override mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring proceedings in a court available to you under the law of your place of residence.
